The hollow sucker rod is a kind of special sucker rod which is designed for oil extraction in oil well with high pour point, high viscosity and high wax content. Can exploit crude oil effectively.
The hollow sucker rod consist of threaded joints, sealing and rod body. The rod body is made of seamless steel tube and the threaded joint is connected with the rod body through friction welding and heat treatment.
In addition to the center channel of the Hollow sucker rod downward into the heat carrier (hot oil, hot water, steam), chemical agents or down-heating cables to reduce the viscosity and melting wax, to improve the fluidity of crude oil, can also be used for sand, salt, small hole oil production and layered oil production. Meanwhile, the hollow sucker rod can drive downhole screw pump with large stiffness and large torque.
